Anne Marie comes from Bundoran in the North West of Ireland. Growing up here she was introduced to the tourism industry from a young age and has worked in a variety of customer service roles. Anne Marie graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor Degree of Business Studies from the University of Limerick. As part of this she spent time living and studying in Copenhagen, Denmark and working in Toulouse, France. After spending a winter season in the French Alps, her love for snow sports along with the many stories she heard about New Zealand brought her to Queenstown. She has worked here at the Coronet Peak Hotel for nearly two years.

Sinead is originally from Crossmaglen, Ireland. She went to school at Southern Regional College and studied Culinary Arts. She has won many awards such as All Ireland Junior Chef ’08 and All Ireland Student Chef of the Year ’07. She loves creating food for any type of event, whether it be an elegant wedding or a funky celebration, and strives to keep the restaurant menu fresh and tasty.
